Welcome Fall!

The leaves are changing and the days are getting shorter. We hope everyone is enjoying the cooler weather. Here are a few reminders to help keep our community safe and looking great this season:

• Get ready for rain: Clear leaves and debris from patios, balconies and drains so water can drain properly. Please report any leaks or drainage issues to management right away.
• Halloween safety: If you’re decorating or handing out treats, keep walkways clear and well lit. Please drive slowly through the community on Halloween night.
• Holiday decorations: Please wait until after Thanksgiving to put up winter holiday decorations, and follow the Association’s decoration guidelines.
• Watch for early sunsets: With less daylight, please slow down on community streets and watch for walkers, kids and pets.
